Early access

In development: the Stormwind diagnostic engine

We are developing an engine designed to use AI to turn an organisation's existing operational data into a ranked, financially sized view of where cost, time and capacity are being lost. It is intended to make each finding traceable to its source data, so leaders can see the basis for it and act on it.

The engine is in development. We are inviting a small number of organisations to join as early-access pilot partners.

CEO & Managing Partner

Patrick Samaha founded Stormwind after 16 years advising governments, companies and non-profits across the GCC and wider MENA region on national strategies and transformation, most recently as a partner.

His strategy and transformation career spans the GCC, at consulting firms and in-house. That work includes national strategies taken through approval, new institutions set up from concept to launch, and operating models redesigned for a ministry and its affiliated entities. It also includes efficiency and IT transformation programmes delivered both as an adviser and in-house.
